Now we see another Ouija-Board 'technology' that'll be un-critically accepted by ignorant/corrupt authorities who are too lazy to properly perform their duties. China already has this with their citizen reputation score system. They are capable of storing points about each person, based on their behavior. I.e. behavior like, being friends with a few people who have lower scores then them. This will cause them to be penalized till they remove this friend as a friend on their profile.

What is the consequences of having a low score? You begin to lose certain rights and abilities in china (I know, they're already limited lol). Certain rights like the right to buy a train ticket to some town in china to visit your family, OR, being prevented from buying airplane ticket and going to america/etc.
