Christ you are thick. Robocall is cheap, that's why they do it. It only takes a few to bite to make the operation profitable. Whatever the author imagined would require so much work (gathering the data, building the voice, etc) that it would require people to bite every other calls. This isn't something that your average scammer can do. We're talking about low-iq shitskins here.
