Ok. I sat down with a cup of tea and watched all 14 minutes 36 seconds of that and now I'm trying to figure out if this is a troll post? but nah I'll bite.

Let's says there is a future catastrophe and pretend the only people left have big ears compared to the average person. Now the ears stay pretty consistently big but Mr. Smith has a daughter who was born with quite exceptional ears.. man these things are circus freak huge. Well Ms. Smith one day meets Mr. Jones who also had the "luck" to have circus freak ears, they fall in love, get married have a couple of Dumbo ear'd little Jones'. Now you have a trait that has survived a couple generations.

In this harsh post apocalyptic world of Ferengi ear'd humans, there is a predator that just loves the taste of human meat. Although it hunts and kills it's prey efficiently the Jones lineage is able to hear this thing miles away and seek safety. Over time the ghastly disfigured ears become the only way in which they can successfully stay alive. As the original Jones mutation spreads you end up with an entire species that has large ears.

Now right now your only looking at what could be considered a breed in the dog world, the spaniels of humanity. But given a enough time factoring in all the environmental changes you might end up with an entirely different species than say humans on the other side of the world who live in an ice cave.

I personally have a very rare, very shitty genetic mutation which affects only a few hundred families on the entire planet. I will likely die 20 years before your average westerner, but to close lets leave you with a more philosophical question. If God caused that gene malfunction in my family line and I get together with all the other sufferers and we decide not to have children are we tampering with God's creation? or are we consciously stopping a mutation from propagating?

I don't think "obliterate" means what you think it means.

I don't think your comment proved anything. Better yet, I know it didn't.

tazmanian

Then help me prove something... what do you think "obliterate" means?

I leave this here for your consideration...

Your biased video didn't refute any of his arguments. Care to try again?
