Why there are so many annoying 911 callers? ( conspiracy )

I have noticed one strange thing. As soon as you decide to kick the shit out of an asshole, suddenly there are assholes popping out who start calling 911, yelling there is crime in progress. They all look like beta humans. I have never seen an alpha human do this shit. Coincidence? I don't think so. It looks like all these beta humans are obedient assholes working for government like depicted in They Live.

It is probably primitive atavistic behavior that humans share with primates. In primate groups the strongest animals can do what they like. The weaker ones all have to band together because individually they cannot fight back. If a beta monkey does get a well deserved kicking, the inferior ones all start REEEEEEing together as a unit and calling for the intervention of the strong ones.
