Anywhere you have people that say it's OK to kill a human baby before it even has the chance to defend itself you are going to find this sort of behavior. I agree that orphanages and adoptions agencies also have their problems but I think we can solve them without killing more babies. Same can be said about the entire education system. You put power hungry and abusive people in charge and they abuse kids. ISIS now has children soldiers cutting peoples heads off. The whole world is fucked up. There has to be a way and I bet if you think about enough you can find a solution to making orphanages a good place and not an evil place run by psychopaths.
