Peter Stolypin was appointed by the Zar to create the conditions for Russian ex slaves to become free farmers. He was conveniently murdered in Ukraine right before the 1917 revolution. This shows how much the jews were planning before the revolution. They started eliminating enlightened people far before the judeo-communist revolution. Think about it.
