Top Secret clearance really isn't a big deal. It's very annoying for those who have to get it because of the questions/interviews/polygraphs but half the administrative staff in most federal agencies have to have be TS cleared.

Not a conspiracy, not even surprising, has been known about and documented for decades. A quick google search would have told you it was founded in 1972. Just because it's something you've never heard of, doesn't make it a conspiracy. Not trying to sound like a dick, there are just too many of these type of posts, that are not remotely conspiracies.
