If you pay attention, there are many people among us who are mentally abnormal. Usually normal people can understand to have mental problems, this way they can seek psychiatric help. Even if somebody is incapable to understand their mental condition, it's implausible that no relatives have a clue. What happens instead, is that mentally abnormal people do not seek for psychiatric help. They are free to be in our society with disastrous consequences. The scary part is that they all belong to the same judeo-satanist cabal who consider madness to be something to worship instead of trying to find a cure. If the government is busy with experimenting MK Ultra / Monarch, you can't expect the government to help curing madness.
