Its the Mayor that needs to feel pressure, not a bunch of communist derps that can never be reasoned with. The way to go about this is simple, launch a class action lawsuit against the mayor for not allowing the police to enforce the law. The mayor will either stop his BS and let the cops do their job, or will get sued into oblivion and forced to anyway. A little pressure will make the mayor release the police and this will be moot. They mayor may be a commie traitor himself, but I bet he understands a lawsuit.
