So everyone has heard of the publicly talked about methods of HT in Haiti, Afrika, and South America. Well I have an inkling that these "adopt-a-child" programs, where you pay to feed, clothe these destitute often orphaned children in foreign countries. They make it seem legitimate as you (I would assume supposed to) exchange letters talking about God knows what.

Now I am taking a risk by relaying this information so I won't name any specific foundations, unless you guys think this has actual weight in which I would gladly share.
