Many of these staged shooting events follow some kind of pattern that is pre-echoed beforehand in the news or even movies, and almost all are associated with active shooter drills.

WalMart does this training for all employees several times per year. In today's atmosphere, its a necessary tool for employees and customers. Most large companies are giving the training now.
