They do have so much data, and whether you can derive an index of motivation towards violence or crime, and it is intriguing if we do have enough to reach the conclusion or what more is required to legitimize the assessment. I would imagine once a mandatory brain implant law is passed, we might have more along with brain scan activity cross checked with previous scans before and during the commission of a crime... we could instantly issue an alert, you wont need to wait for a 911 call.
