Disney acquiring whole Hollywood doesn't make sense ( conspiracy )

First I wanted to post this in movies, but then I realized that anything about Hollywood ends up being a conspiracy. It's easy to spot Disney's plan to become one giant monopoly in Hollywood. There is simply nobody to protect the equilibrium of free market and fair competition. Capitalism is bullshit for the gullible folks. It will end with Disney owning all Hollywood.
