Have we ever had a contingency plan? ( conspiracy )

The judeo-satanists have taken over the world. The question is, have we ever had a contingency plan? I tried to research any contingency plans related to any government, but was unable to find any. Meanwhile, Batman made a contingency plan for the Justice League in comic books. Since I was a kid, I've spend time in learning what bad may happen by watching movies or reading books and comic books. It always seemed to me that people in government were less intelligent than fiction authors. The only answer I can come up with, is that people in government can't be this stupid, therefore can only be malicious.

short answer is i believe, realistically and at this point in time, no.

we are not batman, if we're to use this as a reference we would be characters not even deserving of names or lines.

what about you, what is your plan? can any of you come up with any that only involves the everyday person not some billionaire superhero or mythical being?

The government must have had a plan. If they didn't, obviously the government was them, this is the point of the fucking OP. The only plan an average citizen can have is to have fucking guns, so at least they won't kill you by direct confrontation. You are fucked anyway now, because they own everything.

And its nothing new, just like in your show, how basically incapable the regular person is from saving themselves. I am just curious if there is some chance or hope that this is not true. You either depend on your superhero or in real life you depend upon your billionaire elite to have mercy upon you or your politicians. basically someone else above you saving you, not necessarily you saving yourself... and the most you can do is pray that they do.
