This stinks of a red herring to me. The accounts that I have looked at while scrolling through the mentions of @yourwhitefriend - who are complaining they can't block it - show little interest in truth community issues. Suspicions get aroused when someone is tweeting about anime all the time, then all of a sudden they tweet that they can't block this guy.
