A serious question. How many children are never found? It seems like reported cases are just that. Reported cases. Reuters said in 2012 that over 99% come back home. Do not get me wrong. This 1% out of 800000 is still horrifying. Does anybody know?

The most targeted are wards of the state, runaways,and fostered. The tracking of them is severely lacking. Some in child services, Leo's, justice, foster etc arde drawn to the system as Pedos or profiteers.
