No filter will get rid of chemicals. Get a table top distiller for drinking/cooking water. h2olabs sells one that makes a gallon every 5 hours. I have been running it once a day for three years and zero problems so far. Plus its a US company so the quality is great. def a rebuy once mine kicks the bucket. Only real way to make SURE EVERYTHING is out of your water.

And don't listen to people who say "but wu about tha trace minerals, I need those!!!" You get 'trace minerals' from eating a well balanced, healthy diet. I also picked up a pack of natural electrolytes and minerals that you specifically add back into your distilled water, sold online mostly.

STOP DRINKING WATER THAT YOU DONT KNOW THE SOURCE FOR
