Chris Morris engages the public in predictive programming, which is a subtle form of psychological conditioning that acquaint the public with planned changes to be implemented by the powers that be, so that when they notice the changes they will be familiar with them and think they are a natural progression - thus lessening the chance of any resistance to them.

Two times he has done this before; firstly with a Channel 4 (UK) special called "paedogeddon" which served to diffuse paedophilia into comedy in readiness for what would become pizzagate. This was all planned years in advance.

Then in 2010 he releases the movie "Four Lions" in cinemas. The story of four hapless British jihadists going to fight a holy war in Iraq or somewhere. It is no coincidence that a few years later Jihadi John and the rest of the ISIS "Beatles" emerged in Syria. These things are planned years in advance - even down to Four Lions beong the same number as the ISIS Fab 4.

I saw the trailer the other day, and said oh no here we go again. Chris Morris is not in any way criticising the powers that be with this latest offering, he is merely softening the rubes up for what the powers that be have planned.
