I'm starting to simply believe they are warning you with smoke that's they will use fire next. I'm pretty sure they are linked with tree planters and surveyors as well.

I know rural folks (red) aren't stupid enough to think that they should move to the safety of the city (blue), or to think for a second that they might be being forced to. The radical Marxist California leadership would never do that, would they?
