That is insufficient effort from these two in the face of volumes of evidence not limited to the same well known crisis actor in situ at SH and at least five other alleged "events," and well researched material from Wolfgang Habig among others. Correct me if I'm wrong, but... Wasn't this a civil court not the Government? It was a case of slander against specific individuals, that the writer failed to provide sufficient evidence for. (Remember founding fathers had duels to protect their reputation from lies. So they understood a person's right to shoot someone for their words but still believe in the first amendment.)

He is free to make the claim, government won't put him in jail, but the people he made the claim against can sue him to defend their reputation or livelihood.

That said, I also think most major shootings have been created by a government agency or completely fabricated.

Funny how Newtown "victims" parents can get so upset over "something that happened".
