How Was Cancer Weaponized? ( conspiracy )

I know of two people who I believe were given cancer directly because of their interactions with the NWO. What I would like to know is how the target is actually infected. Is it a pin prick or put in their food? I know David Ferrie was heavily involved with finding cancer causing agents and using mice. Thoughts?

Pin prick/ingestion would probably do it. I think I read one time that there is a substance that can be applied to door knobs, car handles, etc...goes through the skin. Can't remember where I read that.
