They are putting the nuclear devices in cities and preparing the way for the post nuclear world. Anyone listening to their media will think Russia and America (possibly China and Europe too) are engaged in nuclear war when in reality, they didn't even need missiles - they just blew the cities up.

I believe things going on in California now are forward planning for the post-nuclear world.

Can't give a specific date, but look for look for armed hostilities between America and Russia or China. Also look out for an exodus of Jews from America to Israel.
