Lets take one point at a time.

Chem trails are just cloud seeding. Yes. And when the trails behind aircraft are not contrails then they must be called something else. The most common term I know for that is chemtrail.

Second point. If the trails are not contrails (and cloud seeding falls in that category) then logically I cannot prove if they are cloud seeding. That is just an assumption based on my limited knowledge of any aerosol sprayed from a plane. The theory in that case could be that the trails may be something else besides contrail or cloud seeding.

Third point. There is a stigma for using the word chemtrail. I think the media has implanted many stigmas for many words ( assault rifle, conspiracy theory , anti -vaxxer, inside job etc..) to create a reactive aversion to the subject. The language controls peoples initial perceptions of things, and they will not look further into it because they are trained not to look into those things. The language limits the spectrum of conversation often making things black or white, for or against.

..So when someone talks about chemtrails being real, and you know cloud seeding is real, then cut a dude a break. And try to not hold it against us that we are forced into this controlled linguistic paradigm.

Edit: Can you make a clear distinction between the two? I was under the impression that "chemtrail" refers to chemicals that are dispersed from a plane, which is a widely known and accepted form of aerosol cloud seeding technique.

That being said yes spraying HAS in fact been done... Its an additive to jet fuel.

So why do so many people believe that chemtrails are a conspiracy theory? By definition, the "additives" create chemical trails that are being used to mitigate climate change. This is what has been said by "conspiracy theorists" for YEARS. Now, it's "It's always been this way", "we've always known about it". Just like every other conspiracy theory that becomes fact.

No. Not water particles. Chemical exhaust particles that combine with real clouds, making them heavier, and causing rain. There have been planes spraying this shit for almost 20 years. Only now are scientists admitting it and leaking it out into the public slowly.

Also, I wouldn't expect an open acknowledgement of "chemtrails". Just change the word and everything is fine. Aerosols doesn't quite have the ring to it but you lose the stigma of that word... apparently since everyone in that thread is like "oh Yea aerosols are good we should study them." Swap the word and watch them all go ape shit.
