If you watch this and listen closely at :47s you can see them throw the Bible the guy was clutching and right about :51s you can hear a young girl say "That's the bible". It must have set the cops off because after that the cops were swarming around like a disturbed hornet's nest..just coming out of nowhere..

Makes you wonder if the cops even bothered to talk to the guy at all..? I mean how much of a threat can a guy carrying a bible inside a Target be FFS??
