The only reason you have interstates is because the American military wanted them...if the U.N. decided they would rather no allow unrestricted travel I am not sure what to do other than move close to your families NOW, while you can and for Christ's sake get out of the cities

Truck driver here and no. This isn't true. The reason they've blocked off the side roads to help with immigration enforcement. don't like the food and drink they serve along the interstates, either. It's adulterated with drugs and alcohol, and then it's a small-town cop or hick-town sheriff's deputy who pulls you over for DUI

Most people don't realize alternate routes are being shut down or allowed to decay which is illegal under Title 23 section 109m United States Code.

I attempted to cross Arizona along interstate 10 without actually using interstate 10 and was unable to do so, the roads go through but they are blocked with cyclone fences put in place by the Department of Homeland Security to force all traffic through their interstate checkpoints.

Homeland Security does not have the authority to violate federal law .. I was unable to get through Cumberland Gap National Park the road has been destroyed, I think what Homeland Security is doing on interstate 10 will eventually be done all over the United States.

Az here, some parts of win10 have a road along side it. However you can get across by side streete but it won't be strait straight along I10. What I hate is a ton of empty land which is state trust land. IE public land, which you can hunt and hike on. However they make no entrances and the ones that are there are locked. I have to jump Barbara wire cattle fencing to use public land to legally hunt, fish, etc.
