Chuck Schumer + Hillary Clinton + Debbie Wasserman Schultz used members of the Pakistani ISI -- naturalized as US citizens to -- to "bug" nearly every Congressional Blackberry™ (and the Blackberry™ of POTUS Obama).

In short:

Hillary, Chuck and Debbie were intercepting secured messages of all of Congress (and POTUS) for at least the first two years of the Obama Administration, and probably a bit before.
