Adjuvants in vaccines such as aluminum hydroxide are used along with the target antigen to increase the bodies immune response. The chemical basically pulls the fire alarm on your immune system. Your immune system will attack foreign proteins and other things in the body that happen to be there at the same time. What if you just had peanut butter a few hours ago? You might end up with a peanut allergy. You got your vaccines in the spring? Now you have seasonal allergies. Good job science.

It makes sense to me that vaccines can cause allergies by fucking with your immune system. They make your immune system attack things it doesn't need to attack, and to attack your own body as though it were an enemy. At the same time they weaken your resistence to viruses.
