If one studies & thinks long enough the routes become clear. Having plans are well and good but a solid foundation is priceless. Being able to say what’s on your mind is #1.

Later when you start to get the inside dope on local corruption like motel connected human trafficking networks, drug dealing run by the police or dirty land deals, find out exactly who is responsible, get their address, follow them to work and then one night wait for them to go home. Sneak up on them and shoot them in the head as they get into their car or when they stop at a stop-light.

People will only pay attention to proof of high crimes in a subject they feel connected to.

I'm in AK, and we have a Facebook site called "Stop Valley Thieves", it's an incredible compilation of civilian intelligence on theft hot spots, vehicle/license plate descriptions, missing items, common culprits and anything else crime related. Also, a civilian run crime map with detailed descriptions of numerous events never reported to the police. For my purposes, I believe I need some form of anonymity. A sort of local Wikileaks, to provide people with the security of knowing that their identities won't be betrayed. I speak to state and federal employees who will readily admit that their pay, and paid leave are vastly in excess of what would be reasonable for the work they do (I know, I was one of them). Even this small admission is valuable, but no one wants to say it in the wrong company. I want to provide that platform. I am also looking into more conspiratorial events in my neighborhood, but I need help. I can't obtain all the information I need on my own. I've contacted local journalists for followups on reported events and so forth, but unsurprisingly most are hacks, or just trying to toe the line to pay their bills (I understand). If you can't provide instructive assistance, go get that guy you know, who knows a guy who can, and get back to me.

I'm going to start a "newspaper" that is delivered digitally. I'm going to use old routers that I can get for cheap at the thrift store and daisy chain them together to make a mesh network and deliver "hyper local" news to my neighbors. I will sit in the local Magistrate's court and publish an accounting of how many bogus laws he upheld... How many greedy fines that he issued that day... I'll also do city hall meetings so that I can get a record of how they vote themselves business deals and subvert the election process. This network will not be connected to the internet so that it doesn't get DDOS'd by the syndicate's script kiddies.

Be prepared to be infiltrated by shills who'll try to false report you out of existence,

and ambulance chasers attempting to sue for slander to litigate you out of existence.

It the fact that they leave CNN and its ilk alone that explains their existence.
