Iraq is an illustration that there are religious groups that would rather die/kill than wave hello to other “infidels”.

Break up the country so each religious sect has their own area and there may be some peace, but since they are greedy mofos and the neighbor countries are as well, it will just trigger more war.

Unfortunately the only way to have peace in the Middle East is a dictator who is ruthless to quell the children and makes friends with the super powers.
