Video of dude with reptile eyes? ( conspiracy )

I saw a video recently, on Voat, I think. This dude was making a cell phone video of himself. He zooms in his eyes, he kind of pulls open the eyelid and then... Something comes out of the corner of his eye and makes his eye look like a reptiles. He then does the same thing with the other eye. I need this video. Can't find it, please help.

CGI probably is the most likely explanation. However, this video was like nothing I had ever seen before.
