It is unlikely they would line the pit with plastic if they where going to burn the bodies. If they decided to just bury the bodies the plastic will help reduce it leaching out into the underground water. Possible it is just a building project and preparing to cast the concrete. With all the disinfo around good to keep asking questions.

They won't burn the body in the pit, they will dump them, cover it. If they do anything to it they will probably pump in chlorine dioxide.
