China changing the way they will be reporting the number of Confirmed Coronavirus cases. Anyone have any info on this? ( conspiracy )

I'm hearing that China is going to change the way they report numbers - only confirming people that show signs even if they test positive - but I can't find any news on it. Anyone come across info on this please link here.

"Test Positive" r'soles I reject the verbiage and questionable videos coming out of China and declare the entire Coronavirus shermasco a hoax and a beatup .. the last hard news from there was the Three Gorges Dam wall was severely buckled, the Chows don't want that in the news either and that was over a year ago.

I've only heard about that from styx. He basically confirmed what you're saying, non-symptomatic people will not be counted. https://www.invidio.us/watch?v=1BpkjTlfXZk I haven't looked into it further than this..I've also heard that they are limiting the number of test kits used per day again, in an attempt to lower the over all number of reported cases. We already have the Japanese guy who died of "pneumonia" which in all likelihood was another nCOV case.

Pneumonia is the largest cause of human mortality world wide very often it is brought on by influenza or bronchitis as well we know seasonal or winter flu is a yearly occurrence similarly world wide.
