Is this epidemic as fake as the holocaust or are there people dying? ( conspiracy )

I don't see why somebody might be making fake videos like this one if the epidemic is real.

I tend to think it is real and either a deliberate or accidental leak from a bioweapons lab. The fact it targets asian males most suggest three potential motives if a deliberate leak:

1 foreign government targetting military aged men so weakening the enemy

2 foreign government act of economic terrorism

3 china targetting the surplus males which are the legacy of the one child policy. If this is the case they are also likely to be disappearing activists and opponents also.
