Consider this. All the antivaxxer information was intentionally spread by the governments and powers promoting vaccines. These shots aren't just damaging, they do have an immunization quality but against a manufactured virus they have produced and kept in their pocket. The public opinion divides. Trusting sheeple get their shots like good goys. Distrusting avoid them. They release their pet virus. The distrusting population dies and their trusting population not only lives but clings tighter to their masters because they were "right" and they "saved them". They rid themselves of dissenters, thin overpopulation, and elevate themselves to god status in one blow.
