All it takes is for one person to travel to that country. One infected person that could easily slip through medical checks before and after boarding. Considering the incubation period is supposedly up to 14 days. Then there is asymptomatic people who might not show any symptoms at all that could easily transmit to others.

For two main reasons:

1) our illegitimate government closed the flights from China way too late, at least one or two weeks too late

2) even with the flights from China closed people from China (not only Chinese people, but also Italians coming back from China) could literally just land in other European countries and enter from land. There were, in fact, reports of Chinese travelers that would brag about how they managed to bypass the law by simply landing to London and then taking a flight from there to Italy

What the had to do was to immediately stop all flights from China AND quarantine everyone coming from infected areas.

Unfortunately, if you do not have control over your borders, any kind of control of this kind is pretty much impossible. All it takes is a retarded country in the whole EU to let the disease free to kill in Europe. I also don't believe that Italy is the only country in Europe with this problem since most people coming back from China literally landed in other European airports and traveled to Italy.

There are also suspects that this disease was spreading through China starting from the beginning of December, which means that no control on travels to and from China was in place for a whole month anywhere on the globe.

I’m not sure if that particular corona is the same one. Lots of corona-type viruses out there, and maybe there is more than one type circulating around Chinese agricultural centres... I mean level 4 Laboratory. I’m not sure how they could have detected something in Italy before the virus was mapped and test kits were made after the Wuhan outbreak, and we may never know, the way things are being covered up. I have read unconfirmed articles stating the Iran virus wasn’t the same as the China one, and the health official showed signs this week could have been infected 2-3 weeks ago.

I don't know about buying the brands, but they do like Italian (and other European) luxury goods. They have brand prestige and Chinese think they are better quality but heard on a business podcast a luxury "Italian made" silk scarf brand have the silk woven in china and then just prints on it.
