FISA isn't a spy tool, it's a legal loophole to allow the spy tools. Close enough, though.

Since The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) has served as nothing more than a rubber stamp nearly 100% of the time, one may as well call it, not the warrants it grants, the spying tool. There is NO protection for a citizen, as has been well demonstrated via Spygate, Muellergate, Flynngate, etc. FISC is kangaroo court and a very bad joke for American citizens.

American Citizens don't really exist anymore. They're just assets on the books of the BIS/IMF. The sooner you realize and accept this, the more informed decisions you will make.
