Pretty biased article and all but it gets the message. An independent Kurdistan would be the best news for the entire middle east in ages. One secular nation in a sea of fanaticism could make all the difference stabilizing the region, and yet our "allies" are too short sighted to realize that the real enemy is not Kurdistan...

Isn't it scary how fast people stopped talking about the Kurds the second Turkey decided to go after them? Just a few months ago we were looking to arm them. But the worst part is the Kurds are one of the most open groups in the Middle East compared to the others in the area.
