The TIs are what originally brought me to the dark side of radio comms.

I was a normal person before I met them, perhaps they are the ploy itself, I am, uncertain.

I have met TWO IRL people, that I personally discussed these things with to gain their stories, BOTH were asian, so it has crossed my mind that I was dealing with a genetic tendancy towards mania or perhaps even schizophrenia. Again, I am uncertain.

TI's or Targeted Individual believe that for 'some reason' (this reason varies), some extrajudicial and presumably secret government agency is actively harassing them using a variety of techniques. Anyone speaking to a TI will find themselves fearing that this mind sickness will spread to them if they believe it, so they usually brush them off. I'm that weirdo who sticks around to listen, which is why I am answering a question that you are asking, instead of asking it myself. No placing fault there, just saying that you can only expect to know if you have been listening.

Even once, I thought the madness had spread to me, while experiencing a truly unreasonable 'noise harassment', which I now conclude was just shitty neighbors. I'm still not sure on TI's it could just be a mental trap anyone can spring on themselves, or maybe there really is a clandestine group stirring people up to reduce their efficiency.

I dont know, but its a crazy interesting topic, no matter what the actual situation ends up being.
