As I understand the bill, it delays 5G because it doesn’t allow us to use components from places like Huawei. Obviously we shouldn’t do 5G at all, but by putting this requirement in does it slow the rollout?

The 5G radiation is so much weaker: a 5G cell transmits at 46 dBm the most, which is 40 Watts. And you hardly get closer than 100m to the antenna, which brings down the energy your body feels by a factor of 10.000 to the milliwatt range.

Your microwave oven generates microwave radiation of 600 W at least; most of that stays inside, but be sure that there is some leakage. And you get very close to the device. So Microwave Oven is “worse” for your body in terms of absorbed radiation than 5G.

It's not about how much power they are using, wich can be substantial when they want, these things are way over built and can really crank out energy if they want. The real problem is the frequency (around the 60ghz) range they are using reacts to air molecules making them unable to bind to hemoglobin and can weaken your cell walls.

Right and there hasn't been an increase in viral outbreaks, autism, or cancer since we started flooding the atmosphere with EMFs. They couldn't have been using 60ghz before because it does not propagate through the air the same as other frequencies. That's why they are putting up a transmitter every 2 blocks everywhere. It actually interacts with oxygen the same way a microwave interacts with h2o.
