With the recent revelations that car hassling is not a conspiracy has anyone considered that other vehicles may also be at risk?

I was thinking about the plane that dove into the alps and smaller plane crashes. Also something as simple as gps spoofing could prevent a boat from returning to port if they are far enough out to not see land.
