Nice try, but since it deals with purposely hidden, suppressed (from public domain) exotic technologies that fall under the purview of National security, those classifications presuppose any disclosure or dissemination for the public.

I agree and not saying they aren't 'war crimes', but if it involves ' suppressed/ exotic technologies '(eg, gang-stalking, electronic/ microwave harassment, brain scanning, dna tracking et al) National security over rides any information release including in judicial courts. Best bet for public knowledge other than whistle-blowing/ covert release, is Congressional hearing - but even then history/ official recorded transcripts show false testimonies, deliberate deceit and simple refusal to answer ...
