Why deflate Covid19 numbers in China while inflating them in US? ( conspiracy )

Why is it that when we talk about China's numbers, some people say actual numbers are way higher, maybe even in the millions, while in the US the conspiracy seems to be that they are getting swamped when it looks like the opposite may be true?

Did China want to kill off a whole bunch of people? ...whether by the virus or even other means?

I think someone pointed out that China has socialized health care, while the US has privatized it.

What does it mean in reality:

Socialized : the more patients you have, the more it costs the state. Costs are an embarrassment to the superiority of the state ==> deflate the numbers.

Privatized : the more patients you have, the more income you get. In addition, the gov is monetizing your covid patients. Hand rubbing intensifies ==> inflate the numbers.

Some believe it's related to 5g, possibly weaponized. This would explain people collapsing in the streets and the seizures in the hospitals. That effect could be used as a pretense for the government to genocide whoever wherever they want, lock down the whole country, kill on a mass scale, no more protests, complete control of the people. Call it a virus. Then every other country can do the same, lock down and control. All the denial and fake info, leaking so called true info is just part of confusing the issue and scaring the masses
