Reasons for theory:

• Trump administration is pushing for 5G based on American technology over Chinese technology.

• Hand held meters to measure frequencies between 8GHz and 50GHz are prohibitively expensive.

• Comercial meters to measure frequencies above 50GHz cannot be found. (Even 5G installers don't have meters for 5G frequencies.) This makes it near impossible to tell if your computer (or device) is being targeted or manipulated.

• The distance for new 5G data transmission is much shorter. This means extra work to target an individual computer. Mass spying would require deployment everywhere.

• 60GHz is absorbed by oxygen, and if the other reports are correct it also makes oxygen less absorbably by hemoglobin. This would make for a stealth weapon against those who practice wrong think.
