It always comes down to the theft of government money by political actors looking to "aid" Americans in their individual struggles. Just recently, they released the list of the 250 "small" businesses that they were planning on sending money to for Corona Virus assistance. 71 of those companies were publicly traded. Not small businesses by definition. Someone moving money around? It's very definitely a hidden siphon.
