Yes, that's how they always play it out, when it's planned it's already to late to protest as they will bring out the nest step and then the nest step. Before we ever get to act on anything. Sadly, people are more interested in reading about who divorced who, what moviestar showed her boobs through her dress at the oscars and so on.
