What if they are killing people in hospitals? ( conspiracy )

As you might have noticed, none of the infamous celebrities are dead. Only average people and some mild celebrities died so far. There are only two explanations here. The pieces of shit have the antivirus, or the virus itself is not deadly, but just another virus like the flu, and they are killing people who call the ambulance to make it seem deadly. Do you have any third version?

All those people getting deliveries from the grocery store- now if someone wanted to put some shit direct in your food they actually know EXACTLY WHICH can of beans or soda a person is taking home that day

Following your idea, I've frequently heard this ofc recently, I would even go further and suggest that care quality is being intentionally reduced, to further increase culling of the sick and vulnerable. Not just for the numbers, but to actively increase the death toll in general over time, regardless of cause.

For example, someone has some condition and probably wont die for a year or two, as long as its treated normally, lets say that from 1000 people in a hospital, this describes 400 of them, 40%, you guys can fight over the numbers here, its an example..

Now through abnormal procedures, reduced staff and lack of resources, already those 400 are at increased risk. Then because of bullshit covid, and the aforementioned 'enhanced reporting techniques', some everyday thing is no longer allowed due to some kneejerk risk assessment. Death panel in disguise. You see what I'm sayin... 400 dead and no ones investigated because covid.
