Remember a few weeks ago when a whole bunch of people were all mad at the IRS because Scott Stapp claimed IRS stole his money? I wonder what those people are thinking now.

If there's MKUltra going on, it's either by Scott or its an experimental case gone wrong.

But then again, this is the NY Daily News... It could be pure BS.

NY Daily News in my option is trying to compete with TMZ. I do find it strange that his "wife" called 911 to report that he was on his way get Obama. I'm starting to think its either BS or the wife is crazier!
