It sounds so simple in principle. Include a tiny microchip in their mandatory vaccines. Each microchip has its own activation code. If activated, it releases a deadly toxin into the bloodstream, killing its bearer. Now the elites can, at a signal, kill anyone they wish. After some prominent demonstrations, global tyranny.

Chips that can be injected in a fluid, and nanobots like you describe, are insanely expensive. It would require teams of people to monitor a household. It actually is very complicated in practise. Your idea is currently science fiction based on some new science.

Wouldn’t it be easier using existing technology to turn everyone’s car and truck off with those satellite theft prevention devices? Or maybe you should worry about the people shooting out transformers and diabling out key electrical transfer points, dams, or nuclear stations. But you’re worried about vaccine robots. Hell, the vaccine itself could be poison, but you’re worried about the borg.
