Conspiracies exist only because the majority of people are demented. There is a bunch of degenerates who control the rest of the illiterate masses. The degenerate's elite can do anything their sick brains can conceive, because the rest of idiots can't fucking think. Idiots can't even choose a good car, or any other gadget. They rely on asshole clerks who fuck with them, because they are idiots. They can't couple without divorcing, or educate their children. I have seen an interview with a normal senator, who is quitting politics because the majority of politicians are corrupted assholes who only care about getting money from corporations.
