Somebody who discussed the case after it was all over the news is a suspect, but the parents who claimed to have left her alone in their hotel room when she was supposedly taken are not?

I wonder about the unlocked hotel room part of the story. It depends if that hotel uses those credit card keys or just the old key style. The credit card key type automatically lock against outside entry when the door is shut.
